Join Wendy Schmitt for a Sound Bath with Ritual inspired by Lammas, the ancient cross-quarter festival celebrating the First Harvest.

Before the seasons begin their gentle turn toward autumn, we’ll gather to celebrate the First Harvest, recognizing all that has taken root, what has blossomed, and what is quietly coming into its own. Through gratitude, we create space to fully receive the abundance already present.

Our evening will weave together ritual, guided visualization, intentional breath, gentle movement, and immersive sound. Through a layered soundscape of alchemy crystal singing bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, synthesizer, and ambient textures, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and receive the gifts of the season. Each instrument becomes a thread in a living tapestry of sound, supporting deep rest, reflection, gratitude, and renewal.
