Join Wendy for an Alchemical Sound Bath Journey aligned with the waning quarter moon in Capricorn and the renewing fire of the Aries Sun. Guided inquiry, intentional movement, and breathwork prepare the body and mind for this evening of refinement. Like metal in the forge, we heat, clarify, and reshape what we carry. Through grounding sound and deep rest, reconnect with your clarity, strength, and inner fire.
