New Moon Sound Bath: The Sacred Mending
Join Wendy Schmitt for a New Moon Sound Bath Journey.
Like a garment lovingly mended, there are parts of our lives we tend because they are already precious, shaped by time, filled with memory, and softened through use. This New Moon invites us to cherish what is lasting, tend to the details of daily life, and return to the grounded medicine that prepares and purifies.
Guided inquiry, intentional breath, and gentle movement prepare the body and mind to settle more fully into the experience.
Through a layered soundscape of alchemy crystal singing bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, synthesizer, and ambient textures, you’ll be held in a nourishing field of sound and stillness. Each instrument becomes a thread in a living tapestry of sound, supporting deep rest, reflection, and renewal.

Investment: $25 ($10 for BYC Karma Program Students)
If purchasing more than one ticket – each person then needs to be indiviudally registered for the event. Please email yoga@bendyoga.center to transfer a ticket over to someone else.
