Flow State: Disco Sunset

Flow State is a dance & sculpt experience series designed to help you move, sweat, release, and reconnect with the joy of being in your body.

The Sunset Disco them is inspired by golden hour energy and the freedom of a summer dance party.

This 75-minute heated class (85°F) with Cassidy Stevens blends a gentle warm-up flow, sculpting, and dance-inspired movement. The Sunset Disco them will include an uplifting soundtrack featuring artists like ODESZA, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Fred Again…, SG Lewis, Purple Disco Machine, and more.

We’ll begin with a grounding flow, build heat and strength through sculpt work, and incorporate dance-inspired movement to help you let go, move freely, and have fun. No dance experience is required. This class isn’t about rigid choreography, but about moving freely and finding your flow state.

Expect great music, sweat, a few moments of optional challenge, and fun! Reminder that movement can be both powerful and playful.
