Electric Dusk: Dance Party Sculpt
October 17 @ 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm
$20
Electric Dusk with Cassidy is a 75-minute dance party sculpt experience inspired by the shift from warm summer days into cool autumn nights. Think moody, funky, and a little bit nocturnal.
Expect a high-energy blend of flow, sculpt, and dance-inspired movement set to a curated soundtrack featuring Tame Impala, Disclosure, Kaytranada, Polo & Pan, and more. We’ll move, sweat, groove, and flow through a dynamic full-body sequence designed to feel more like a dance party than your traditional yoga class.
Come ready to move, sweat, have fun, and get a little lost in the music. No dance experience necessary. Just bring your mat, water, and your best Electric Dusk energy. ⚡️🌙
