An Evening of Reflection and Intention for the Fall Equinox. Harness the power of the fall equinox in this intention-setting workshop as we release what no longer serves us and nourish what truly sustains us. During this potent time of seasonal transition, the harvest new moon and the fall equinox invite us to plant and tend our seeds of intention for the coming season while bringing balance to mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll share ceremonial cacao – a heart-opening plant ally used to connect with the wisdom of the earth and elements – to deepen into our harvest-season intentions. You’ll learn how to work with the magic of cacao for your own intention and ritual practices.
Come as you are, ready to nourish yourself and your heart! Please bring your favorite mug, a journal and pen, water, and anything else to feel comfortable.
