26 & 2 Hot Yoga Interactive Master Class + Photo & Alignment Workshop
Join Wendy Schmitt and Heather Furtney for a 2-part workshop to unlock the details of the 26 & 2 Hot Yoga sequence. This interactive experience will deepen your understanding of the practice. Suitable for all levels.
Part I: 9:00-11:00am: A co-lead master class including posture breakdowns, philosophy, individual adjustments, and the hidden details of the series. Pictures will be taken during class to use as a visual teaching tool for the second part of the workshop.
Part II: 12:00-1:30pm: A photo alignment and analysis workshop. We will take a look at postures from different angles in photos, cover healthy alignment tips, and answer posture questions.
We have set the capacity for this at 36 since there are 2 teachers. We consider this “high capacity” and want to make it clear that if this workshop fills it will be close quarters. We are certain that each of you will get individual attention as needed.
Investment: $65 ($50 for BHY Karma Program Students)
