Winter Solstice, the Sun’s Light shines on the Earth for the shortest time, asking our collective light to shine more brightly. Traditionally this is the time to cast off our chains, all of our constraints and fears – allowing space for the new to be rekindled in our hearts. It is the longest night, just before our days begin to lengthen again. You are invited to journey inside to reflect on the year and let go of what is ready to go.
